The safety of our customers, tenants, and employees is our number one priority. All of our Security Officers are New York State certified. Don't hesitate to contact our Security Staff with any concerns or problems that you may have while you are here. We are here to help!

Our Security staff can also assist you with the following:

Lost Children: All Fingerlakes Mall Staff is trained on the Code Adam Lost Child Program. In case of a lost child, report to any staff member.

Complimentary Strollers: Available on a first come, first serve basis and they are cleaned between each use.

Complimentary Wheelchairs: ID is required to borrow a wheelchair. They are available on a first come, first serve basis and are cleaned between each use.

Lost & Found: Any item turned in to our lost and found will be held for 30 days.
